We are a locally owned and operated company. We have lived and worked in the Raleigh area for over 25 years and have over 20 years of combined staffing experience. We have worked with small, medium and large corporations throughout the Triangle, as well as other markets. We have assisted clients with staffing needs ranging from short term projects to finding the perfect candidates for permanent, high level positions. Role- Senior Account Executive
Mike Barefoot has definitely been a value added member to our team. This is Mike’s fourteenth year in the staffing industry and is one of the few performers that has worked as a Permanent Account Executive/Recruiter, a Recruiter as well as serving in a Senior Account Executive role. This diversity has helped delineate Mike from his competition. When meeting with hiring executives, two of their biggest complaints are that they interact with companies that have a revolving door of Account Managers that don’t have a great range of experience to draw upon. Mike has worked for some of the larger organizations in the staffing industry and decided to join Red Zone for the opportunity it would give him to focus on clients. Moreover, this focus includes walking in candidates for interview introductions/starts, squarely taking on accountability for any interactions, as well as developing a relationship with hiring managers instead of working in a transactional mode typically seen by larger staffing firms. This empirical approach allows Mike to be consultative in his efforts. Mike has been featured and interviewed several times regarding the state of the economy and staffing by publications such as CNN, AOL, MSN, CareerBuilder, Black Entrepreneur, CBS and others.
